Help. I am trying to find out more info about different uses of plant materials and specifically herbs and its everday uses.

    From Nadine Ball:
Here’s some decent info on growing from the Missouri Extension. http://extension.missouri.edu/p/g6470

This is Vermont extension with a little more about traditional uses: http://pubs.ext.vt.edu/426/426-420/426-420.html

Neither have the kinds of uses Marty had today. When looking for traditional uses, this site has listing by herb and seems to have info consistent with what I know. It is a random popular site that will give her some information.

It’s important that Nadine know to be cautious. Many people (me included) use herbs for inexpensive remedies, and some rely on them almost exclusively. I find some work as well or better (kinder on me) than prescriptions. Others argue that the isolated chemical components derived by Western medicine are safer and more specifically effective. I balance these with the use, checking out toxicity and for real issues going to the doctor.

    Dr. Hausfather or Nadine,

Do either of you have the Power GLE’s for science for Kindergarten?

    Thanks,
