The Residential Life program at Maryville strives to meet the differing needs of a changing student population. All students living in university housing can expect a high-quality residential program that provides a fun, supportive, and challenging environment where every student can live, learn and develop academic and social skills.
This year on our campus, residents can expect numerous events ranging from social, get-to-know-you activities, to programs and services designed to help students become more successful in the classroom.
Benefits of Living in University Housing
Student housing – Living on campus at Maryville offers a great opportunity to meet other international and domestic students, study together, and more opportunities to participate in activities around campus. There is so much going on around campus; you would not want to miss it.
Location – All residential halls are located on-campus, within walking distance to class.
Amenities – Each room comes with many amenities such as cable tv and wireless internet.
Housing Staff – There will be a Resident Assistant on call for each area – Potter Hall, Mouton Hall, Ranch House, Cove House, and the Hilltop Apartments. All RA’s (Resident Assistants) on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any problems with your room and other concerns.
Housing Billed to Student Account – It is very easy to pay your housing bill through your student account. You don’t have to deal with contracts, landlords, providing Social Security Numbers, financial guarantees, and all that hassle.
Public Safety On Call – Maryville Public Safety is on call 24 hours a day and provides a wide range of services such as escorts to your car, identification cards, and helps you out when you are locked out of your room. They are here to keep you safe at all times.
