Today I was asked how a faculty member can download a Prezi presentation for an offline presentation. You might want to do this for several reasons:

• Present without an internet connection on a Mac or PC.
• Burn your prezi on CD/DVD.
• Distribute your prezi.

You need to know that the portable prezi cannot be edited. Edit on Prezi.com, Prezi Desktop, and download/export again if you need to make changes.

Here’s how you download and use the Prezi:

Go to Prezi.com/your. Click on your Prezi and locate the toolbar on the right, and click Download. Choose Export to Portable prezi and click Download. You will receive a zip file. Save it. Unzip, and start Prezi.exe (PC) or the Prezi file (Mac)
