Maryville University has a long history of supporting the use of technology on campus. Due to this there are a lot of different technologies available to faculty, staff, and students. See below for a description of the different types of technologies supported by Learning Design & Technology

Desire2Learn (D2L):

Desire2Learn is the Learning Management System (LMS) in use at Maryville. It offers a platform for instructors to post class announcements, share learning materials, manage online discussions, collect assignments virtually, conduct assessments and track grades online. LDT Supported Technologies:

In addition, we at LDT recognize that sometimes Faculty like to use tools and find resources that are “outside” of Maryville’s realm.
