I hereby grant Maryville University permission to use my son’s or daughter’s likeness in photos to be used in any and all of its publications, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by Maryville University. I will make no monetary claim against Maryville University for the use of such photos.
Parents and Guardians will be asked to acknowledge agreement to the above waiver upon registering their child in a Maryville University Sports Camp.
