The PT Club co-hosted Way Out Wednesday on October13. Activities for the booth included: Fitness challenges – Who can do the most sit ups, push ups, etc. – Who can jump rope/hula hoop the longest – Handouts with questions about health and fitness were available for all who visited the table.
