GREEN WITH INDIE ART AND CRAFT SHOW
Organized by the St. Louis Craft Mafia
Green with Indie (GWI) is a St. Louis Craft Mafia produced indie arts and crafts show that features the best in regional arts & craft with an eco-friendly focus. This one-day family-friendly event is free to attend and will showcase approximately sixty handmade artists, vintage treasuries, earth-friendly treats, and more. The participating artists’ merchandise will be earth-friendly, salvaged, upcycled, recycled, homegrown, homemade, revamped, or refurbished. We believe that there is nothing more earth-friendly than creativity! The Upcycle Exchange will be accepting donations at GWI. Shoppers are encouraged to clean out their own craft closet and donate unneeded supplies in exchange for a discount coupon that can be used at GWI. GWI guests will also enjoy a wide variety of music played by KDHX DJ, Cat Pick. This event will take place in Webster University’s Grant Gym on Saturday March 10, 2012 from 10:00a.m. – 5:00p.m. If you are ready to get out of the house and kick start your spring in a fun and funky eco-way, then be sure to mark your calendar on March 10, 2012 for Green with Indie 2012.
