Please try to arrange your travel plans accordingly.

Please make sure that you make your travel arrangements to arrive in St. Louis, the latest by August 15, 2021.

For on-campus residential students, International Student Move-in Day is Sunday, August 15 (be ready to attend orientation starting on August 16.)

If, for any reason such as athletics, pandemic-related or flight unavailability, you need to move-in to campus earlier than August 15, please know that the only available prior date to move-in is Sunday, August 8. When you make your travel plans, keep in mind that you will not be able to move-in between August 9 through August 14. Please fill out this form to be approved for early arrival, if that’s the case. Should you have flight cancellations or delays, or arriving after business hours, please inform us at If arriving late and you or your parents need a room, you may use the Maryville promotional rate at Marriott St. Louis West by booking through this link.

We will provide you with a small package of immediate necessary items, such as a pillow, bed sheets, a blanket, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, etc., until you have time to go shopping for your room. If you are a resident student, you should find these items in your room when you check-in. If not, please let us know by emailing and we can get a package to you.
